Wild rice comes in a few varieties may be two or three only , each with its own unique subtle differences with it:
- Northern Wild Rice: Basically northern wild rice are Found in the Great Lakes area, this type is small and flavorful ones and i basically liked this one is my favorite one.
- Giant Wild Rice: Second one is giant wild rice as it Grown in the southern U.S., it’s longer and less dense in its nature its also my favorite one it have an unique taste and fragrance in it .
- Manchurian Wild Rice: Common in Asian cuisine its one of my favorite one as i rank it as first due to its taste and its soft texture in it make more tasty, this type has a softer texture and good fragrance in it.
